Refund Policy
Last updated August 22, 2026
Overview
Because our products are digital and delivered electronically, refunds are handled differently than physical goods. This policy explains when a refund, replacement, or store credit may be issued.
Eligible for Refund/Replacement
- The product was not delivered within the stated delivery window and support was unable to resolve it.
- The product delivered does not match the listing (wrong item, wrong variant, materially different from what was described).
- A key, license, or account is confirmed invalid/unusable at the time of delivery and cannot be replaced with working stock.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after a working product has been delivered and accessed.
- Accounts or licenses that are later banned, suspended, or restricted by a third-party publisher due to the buyer's own actions after delivery (unless a warranty period for the product explicitly covers this — see the product page).
- Keys/licenses that have already been activated or redeemed, except where a defect is confirmed.
- Claims submitted after the warranty window stated on the product page has expired.
Warranty Windows
Some products (particularly accounts) list a warranty window (e.g. "1h warranty," "3h warranty") on the product page. Within that window, a confirmed issue with the delivered item is eligible for a free replacement or refund. Outside that window, the sale is considered final.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact support via Discord or the support email listed in the footer within the applicable warranty/delivery window.
- Include your order number and a clear description of the issue; screenshots or error messages speed up resolution.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (or gateway wallet, for crypto payments) and may take a few business days to appear depending on the payment provider.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback instead of contacting support first, for an order that was correctly delivered, is treated as a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in an account ban and evidence being submitted to the payment provider disputing the claim.
