Acceptance

By purchasing, downloading, redeeming, or using any digital product from this store, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (EULA), in addition to our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.

Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product (gift card, license key, subscription activation, or similar) for your own personal use. This license does not transfer ownership of the product — you are licensed to use it, not to own or resell the underlying software, platform balance, or intellectual property.

What This Covers

• Gift cards and prepaid codes sold through the store.
• Subscription or license activations for third-party platforms.
• Any other digital product delivered electronically through checkout.

Permitted Use

• Use the product for its intended, personal purpose as described on the product listing.
• Redeem or activate the product on the account/device stated on the listing, if a limit is specified.

Restrictions

• You may not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute the product unless the listing explicitly permits resale.
• You may not attempt to duplicate, forge, or fraudulently obtain a replacement code or key.
• You may not share a redeemed code, key, or activation with others, or use it to circumvent per-user restrictions set by us or by the original publisher/platform.
• You may not use a purchased product to violate the terms of service of the underlying platform or publisher (e.g. region or account restrictions) — that risk and any resulting consequences are yours to bear, as described in our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

Third-Party Platforms

Most products (gift cards, subscription activations, license keys) interact with software or platforms owned by third parties — the original publisher, platform holder, or service provider. This EULA only governs your license to use what you purchased from us; it does not modify, waive, or override the third party's own terms of service. We are not responsible for actions a third-party platform takes as a result of how a product is used after delivery.

No Warranty of Uninterrupted Function

Digital products may become unusable due to changes made by the underlying platform or publisher, entirely outside our control. Where a product listing states it includes a warranty window, that scope is as described on the listing; otherwise, functionality is provided as-is at the time of delivery, and further issues are handled under our Refund Policy where applicable.

Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate this EULA. We may also revoke access to a delivered product where required by law, by a valid third-party legal claim, or to prevent fraud. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as provided under our Refund Policy.

Relationship to Other Policies

This EULA works alongside our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy — together they govern your purchase and use of our products. Where this EULA is silent, the Terms of Service apply.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of a purchased product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised EULA.
